Manage Sessions and Bookings
View Session Schedule
- Go to Bookings
- Your scheduled sessions (or appointments) will be showed in your calendar
- You can switch between Monthly or Weekly view for your convenience
- Click on each date on the calendar to see scheduled bookings for that particular date
- On each session listed, you can:
See the session detail by clicking on the card
Do quick action by clicking the (…) icon on each card to either Skip or Edit the session.
Completing a Session
Once you’ve completed your booked session (appointment), you must complete your timesheet before your payment can be processed.
- You can find the session either via:
Click the Bookings menu and pick the date you want to see
Go to My Jobs and choose Unpaid filter - On the session detail, click/tap the Request Payment button
- Review, and if needed, make changes on the session details shown. For example;
- If you have different Start Time and End Time, fill out the actual time. This is a declaration of your hours worked.
- If your actual duration (calculated automatically after inputting the start and end time) is longer than previously agreed with your client, you will have the option to request payment for the extra time. This request will be forwarded to the client for their approval before the extra payment can be processed.
- Please note: Last minute extra time payments will be processed separately to the originally agreed time.
- You can add written Notes for your session to record any information or communication that you wish to be shared with your client. This allows you to keep a record of what was completed / communicated at this session. You can view your notes later in your session history. - Click/tap the Request Payment button to process. You should receive your payment within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.

Skip a Session
If you’re temporarily unavailable to complete a session, such as taking a holiday or feeling unwell, you can Skip a session.
Your client will be notified of your absence, and will not be charged. Go to Bookings
- You can find option to Skip Sessions either by:
- Clicking the (...) icon on each session on the calendar
- Find the edit button on the top right corner of your screen on session detail - Make sure the session you’re going to skip are correct.
- To skip more than 1 session, open the skip session dialog from Session Detail and choose Skip More
- Tick the sessions you want to skip
- Fill out the reason of skipping - this will be shared with your client (optional)
- Click Terminate to cancel your selected session(s)
See Session History
- Go to My Jobs menu, apps will show all of your sessions
- Use the filters to search what you're looking for. Filters include;
Upcoming: Upcoming sessions, scheduled in the future
Completed: Sessions that have been completed, with payment already made to you
Unpaid: Sessions that is finished (you’ve done your work on client’s house), but haven’t been paid. You need to fill your time sheet and request payment for this sessions.
Skipped: Sessions that didn’t go through
Download Session History
- Go to My Jobs menu
- Click on the download icon on the top right corner
- Pick Start Date and End Date of your report
- Click Export as PDF, the session history will be downloaded to your phone in PDF format. Note: You can use this report as a base for financial year reporting.
