Help with folding and putting clothes away

I’m ADHD and STRUGGLE with washing folding and putting away. I have doom piles everywhere boxes of mixed stuff I don’t know what to do with. I’m more than happy to do cleaning tasks bathroom toilet all that but I can’t at the moment cause there are clothes everywhere.
