Help with meal prep and laundry for a family of four

We would love some support with meal prep, 2-3 meals per week and also laundry. Washing folding and putting away. Once per week on a Thursday or Wed from Feb. The afternoon would be ideal as we would love dinner made as we return home from work with our two kids (one and two year old) we also have two dogs who will be in the house when you are there. You may need to let them out to the backyard to pee (two 15 year old small poodles)
